Sooner or later you have to realize that holding onto such things won’t really do you much good in the long run. You have to let go if you wish to continue moving forward with life, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it all at once. You gotta learn to walk before you run after all, so take it step by step until you’re prepared to let it go completely. It’s not easy but then again it was never meant to be, right? I can do this. I know I can.
If there’s anything you’re good at it’s laughing, so what the hell are you waiting for? Laugh it all away. Not everyone wants to deal with your frowns and tears so just laugh away all your troubles. Laugh, laugh, and laugh some more. They say it’s the best medicine after all so laugh all the bad out of your system. It’ll all be okay after you laugh it off. Hopefully…
Don’t dwell too long over the past because that’s all it’ll ever be and nothing more. You can’t change the events that have come to pass but you can always work towards a better future so don’t ever forget that. While the future is important you can’t constantly fret and worry over it either. Whatever happens will happen so don’t let it get to you too much. Both the past and future are important but so is the present if not more. Stop thinking so much and enjoy everything now for what it’s worth. You at least owe yourself that much after all.
There’s nothing wrong with showing weakness. It’s okay to cry every now and then, so don’t ever forget that. You can’t always expect yourself to keep smiling and laughing through all the pain, right? There’s only so much one can bottle up before it begins to burst at the seams and sooner or later the tears will fall no matter how much you try to hold it back. Regardless of how you handle things you just have to keep in mind that it’s okay to act this way. You’re only human after all and every single one of us come with our own sets of faults. So just cry or scream and let it all out for once. You owe yourself at least that much, right? Someone once told me that even goofy goobers can be upset, so don’t beat yourself up over a few tears.
Whatever happens will happen. It’s only what you make of the situation afterwards that really counts. Will you sit on your ass and mope about it or actually get up on your feet and take action? You can’t dwell over these things for too long. What good would that do? It certainly won’t help you or anyone else around you, so instead keep moving forward. If not for your sake than for the sake of those that care and love you. Whatever you do don’t forget to keep smiling, okay? Whatever it is that’s bothering you right now won’t mean much in the future. It might take awhile to get there, but you can do it. You’re not alone anymore after all.
Whether I have to go this journey with companions or on my own I know I can make it past any obstacle that life decides to throw my way. Through it all I’ll stay strong and keep my held head high. I’ll retain a positive outlook on whatever happens no matter how much it may hurt me because pain is only temporary. One day I’ll be completely happy and content with my life, I just know it.
How long are you going to sit on your ass as you mope about. Do you honestly plan on drowning in your own sorrows rather than taking the chance to try and swim to shore? You can’t do this to yourself not after all that you’ve been through to get where you are today. You know what this is? It’s just one of many obstacles that you’ll come across throughout your journey through life and like any other obstacle that’s in your way you need to learn to overcome it. It won’t be easy and you won’t always have someone to help you along the way, but you need to carry on and continue nonetheless. Nobody ever said this journey would be easy, so what are you waiting for? Get up and continue walking forward.
You know what your problem is? You worry too damn much for your own good. It’s because of it that you play out every ridiculous scenario in your head and constantly fret over these silly things. Have you ever just stopped to think that everything might just be in your head? That maybe there’s nothing wrong at all? Quit worrying and just enjoy things for what they are. Letting yourself over think these things won’t do you or anyone else any good now will it? Have some fun, and leave all those worries behind.
Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and count to ten. Everything will be okay one day. It’ll be alright, I promise. In due time this will all seem like one bad dream, and it won’t hurt you anymore. It might seem unbearable right now, but you can’t give up just yet. You have to fight through the pain if you want a better tomorrow. You can do this, alright? You’ve gotten this far after all. Everything will be fine and one day you’ll be completely happy and content with the way things turned out, but to get there you have to keep fighting.
